Refund policy

We happily accept returns for 14 days after you receive.  Shawls that have tags removed cannot be returned.  You cannot return partial orders of trims.  For example if you buy a yard you cannot return 18" for a partial credit.  We want to insure you are happy with your purchase so if for any reason at all you can return.  No questions asked.  Please note shipping charges are not refundable and original shipping charges we incurred to ship to you will be deducted from your refund.
